We're determined to help you create your perfect tour of London, and to that end we've tried to make our booking and enquiry process both comprehensive and straightforward.

You can simply ask us to plan a London highlights tour and we'll put together a great day out in London for you, or you can choose a tour from our extensive list of pre-planned London Tours listed below.

You can also mix and match by taking sections of these tours that appeal to you and combining them to create your ideal tour of London.

HOW TO MAKE A BOOKING

Once you've decided which tour you wish to take, then please fill out the booking enquiry form on this page and simply select the tour from the list of tours.

You will then receive an email acknowledgement by return, which will include the details of your booking enquiry. Please read this carefully and ensure that all the information you have submitted and the date for your requested tour are correct.

WE'LL CONFIRM WITHIN 24 HOURS

You will receive a full confirmation from us within 24 hours.

Please note, your booking is not confirmed until you receive this "booking confirmed" email.

DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATIONS

To secure your booking we require a 30% deposit which is payable within 4 days.

Once your deposit has been received your booking will be secure and the balance will be due 14 days before your chosen tour date.

This deposit is refundable should you wish to cancel your booking at any time up to 21 days prior to your chosen tour date.

If you cancel within 21 days we will attempt to re-sell your booked spot and, if we are successful, we will then refund your deposit.

We do make every effort to resell cancelled spots and we will keep you updated on the situation.

If we are unable to resell your spot no refund will be given.
